During my university placement during the first month I volunteered to join a project for Business Kirklees involving a complete re-do of their prior website offering.

Alongside another Web Developer I liaised with the client; gathering their needs and identifying any pain points for their current user flow. Together with my colleague we came up with timelines for when deliverables would be completed.
